Náš hotel sídlí v secesní budově přímo v pulzující pražské čtvrti Nusle. Díky své poloze je ideálním výchozím bodem pro všechny, kteří chtějí mít Prahu doslova na dlani.
Doprava přímo u dveří: 🚋 Zastávka tramvají Otakarova se nachází přímo před hotelem. Během 10–15 minut se bez přestupů dostanete na Václavské náměstí, k Národnímu divadlu nebo na břeh Vltavy. Prozkoumávání historického centra už nemůže být jednodušší!
Relaxace v zeleni: 🌿 I když jsme u hlavního dopravního uzlu, stačí krátká procházka a ocitnete se v nádherném parku Havlíčkovy sady (Grébovka). Tento park s vlastní vinicí a výhledem na město je skvělým místem pro odpočinek po dni stráveném v ulicích.
Autentická atmosféra: ☕ Užijte si Nusle tak, jak je znají místní. V bezprostředním okolí hotelu najdete oblíbené kavárny, poctivá bistra i kulturní scénu v podobě Divadla Na Fidlovačce.
History
Building from 1897
The hotel is named after Přemysl Otakar II. after whom the street in which our building is located was also named. Přemysl was a Czech king who ruled from 1253 to 1278. Our building originally did not serve as a hotel, but as a residential house for the owners, the Herolds. The basement of the building served as a public steam and bath bath.
The history of our hotel began at the beginning of the 20th century, when this beautiful Art Nouveau building was built in the heart of Nuslí. Since then, its walls have undergone many changes - many of you may still remember us under our original name, Hotel Merlin, which was for many years synonymous with honest Prague hospitality.
However, the real boom came with the renaming to Hotel Otakar. Since then, our philosophy has focused on one thing: providing our guests with an experience they will never forget. And the fact that we are succeeding in this is confirmed not only by thousands of satisfied faces, but also by our "wall of fame".
